任何足够先进的技术均与魔法无异。片名直译为货机崇拜，我们司空见惯的货机在非洲原始部落眼中相当于魔法，所以他们把它当做图腾崇拜。片头的巨轮与小船的对比也暗示了两种文明的巨大差距。当酋长带着石头做成的耳麦开始冥想，他的脑海里举行着一个仪式。三个萨满用部落的图腾作法，草编的货机起飞，最终飞向部落的神明。而冥想结束，战争爆发，货机将战场变成了地狱。最后酋长望向天空，即使对神明的求解，也是对每个观众的叩问。我们拥有对于他们如魔法般的技术，为什么不用来去追求心中的信仰，而是去相互残杀涂炭生灵？

魔术比杀人好看，魔术师比魔术好看（年轻的大卫·科波菲尔死在这部电影里的魔术箱中）。感觉70-80s恐怖片有不少女装恐怖应该不是错觉？

Slamdance #7 Not sure how I feel about this Romanian mumblecore. Loose, somewhat unfocused, but also pretty smooth and does make you think. The issues raised here, like male director's fetishism on actress body, sexual advance during acting etc, get played out both within the story of the film and the shooting of the film itself (like the actor actually slapped the actress playing Mia on the butt). So is it supposed to be another layer of metatextual self reflection? Or is the director even aware of that? The conclusion to how Mia eventually accomplished "her film" is a bit...problematic (she tricked the guy with no consent), given it's written and directed by a man.
